Island Echos 7F is a beautiful seventh-floor, Gulf-front condo offering two bedrooms and two bathrooms in a spacious and welcoming layout. Boasting breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, Island Echos 7F offers a picturesque accommodation during your next vacation to Okaloosa Island. With a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, two twin-size beds in the guest bedroom, along with a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room, Island Echos 7F accommodates up to six guests comfortably. Upon entering, you will find the guest bedroom on your right, offering two twin-size beds and a TV, ideal for children or additional guests to relax and unwind in their own space. There is a washer/dryer combination adjacent to the guest bedroom, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. The guest bathroom offers a single vanity with a tub/shower combination. The well-equipped kitchen is located at the end of the short hallway, offering full-size appliances, plenty of storage space, along with all utensils and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. The kitchen leads to the dining area and living room, providing plenty of space for the whole family. In the dining room, you will find a tiled table with four chairs, and there are two additional bar stools by the kitchen breakfast bar. Step into the inviting living area, offering matching décor and comfortable furnishings, along with a large TV and DVD player. Pickleball courts are also nearby, so grab your paddles and have a friendly game together. Cozy up with your loved ones for a movie night after a long day of soaking up the sun on the beach or exploring all that Okaloosa Island has to offer.
Things to Know
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
