The front desk person was not present when we arrived. We waited approximately 15 minutes. We called out hello trying to get someone’s attention. This was incredibly frustrating as we had to get checked in and get to our party. There was a sign that said the he was helping a guest. Being understaffed on a Friday night is not helpful. When he did return he barely spoke to us and offfered an obligatory thank you for waiting. There was absolutely no care to this staff member and furthermore we believe he was sleeping on the job. He appeared to be very groggy upon his entrance. This terrible service is very unfortunate and will make us considered carefully before booking again.

It was very clean and everyone was friendly breakfast was good and had lots of choices bed was comfortable and the room was very nice. The only thing that could have made it better was the water pressure could have been better

Hotel unfortunately did not fit my needs. Vents are super dusty. Making my allergies super bad. The water is dirty as well and just the smell of the hotel is not pleasant. Beds are smaller than on the pictures shown. Bathroom doesn't have privacy lock. Customer service in the lobby wasn't able to help told me I couldn't cancel when clearly I can't sleep there due to all the dust in the hotel coming from the vents. No type of hygiene.

Terrible location, broken bathroom doors, ceiling was peeling, roaches… was told they would be reaching out to me to rectify the issues, checked out Sunday morning and have yet to here back… don’t recommend this location at all.

Despite me making the reservations, arrived when I told him that I would in about 11:30 PM. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely slow, taking 10 to 15 minutes just to check in. Was nice but the toilet ran water all night long. I’m sure it has been reported before.

Old and ran down
First upon arrival I knew right off it wasn't going to be good from the outside. Between trash every where and what seemed to be the smell of the sewage. I actually tried to get another room but most hotels were sold out. Went down for breakfast another disappointment. My husband and I stayed out most of the day due to the smell. wouldn't recommend staying here at least not at this location.
