I always enjoy staying at La Quinta, thank you for always making it look nice in the rooms.
The only thing that didn’t feel comfortable was the elevator, may need some update on that part. Smelling like cigarettes and missing buttons, spills and drawing on the elevator walls. But once we got into our room it was great! Thank you
30 minutes to check in thanks to there being only ONE staff member checking guests in. NO luggage carts up front, so we had to make several trips to get our luggage to our room.
NONE of the remotes would operate the TV's.
The bath soap provided IS good, but the shape is lousy - a little square piece of soap is VERY difficult to use!
The "breakfast" is sad, one of the very worst I've EVER experienced in a LQ - COLD scrambled eggs, FROZEN biscuits, and some glop claimed to be gravy.
All in all, we will NOT stay at this property again unless we are ASSURED these items have been addressed.
Older hotel, had plumbing issues, toilet had a difficult time flushing the entire time. The shower never stayed at a consistent temperature it would be warm with bursts of cold water. Very uncomfortable.
There were cockroaches crawling on the bathroom ceiling that we noticed the next morning when we went in to shower. Adressed it with front desk at check out, even took a picture and showed picture to front desk clerk. The only thing done then was I was given the business card for assistant manager and told to email her. Emailed her twice before getting a response. And the second response was asking for contact information of a manager above her. To which then, she responded and offered a whopping 15% discount. For having to pay $200 to sleep with cockroaches.
10/10 would NOT recommend.

Mold on pillows,dust everywhere,AC is dirty & dusty,dirty showers,smells like cigarettes,dirty carpets,hair all over bedding,only 1 employee availabile who doesn’t answer phone. Photos are FALSE ADVERTISING.Literally garbage on floor,cocking everywhere. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
No hot water. Overcharged us. Ceiling was leaking water. Worst LaQuinta stay ever. I would NOT recommend. The site stated it had a shuttle. It does not. Trash on grounds outside. No luggage carts. Floors were dirty upon entering.
