It’s a good property. But staying on the ground floor has the pros and cons. Pros- very walkable. Cons- you can hear the cars, trains and the names of the guests checking in! But the hotel room is greatly clean!

Very clean, good service but hard beds
We hVe stayed at this hotel multiple times and the service and cleanliness has always been consistently good. However the beds are not comfortable. The mattress slides too much and is very hard. We both usually wake up with a backache. We can only stay a couple of nights because of the bed.

A good stay with our pets
Check in went smoothly, there was a $50 pet deposit that wasn't mentioned on their website but it's refundable so I agreed, our dogs are well behaved. I requested to be moved to a ground floor (easier to take the dogs outside) and they were happy to accommodate my request. The room itself was clean, minimal toiletries but that was fine because we had our own. The staff were happy to give us extra towels. All in all we had a nice quiet and relaxing stay. When we checked out i did a walk through with the lady who was there in the morning to verify we'd get our deposit back and she was happy to do so and it was bavk in my account in 2 - 3 days but it might depend on your bank.
