I never had a single cigarette in my mouth, when I was coming from a tour the front desk guy challenged me saying that I smoked in my room. He was extremely rude embarrassing me right in front of other people at the lobby. Horrible situation.

O que eu mais gostei foi da localização do hotel, pois é perto dos pontos turísticos da cidade. O atendimento dos funcionários também foi excelente. Para mim, que fui a cidade para participar de um evento, o hotel atendeu às minhas expectativas. Um inconvenience foi o serviço de internet, que é muito ruim e também o barulho da avenida que incomoda um pouco na hora de dormir.

Hotel antigo e sem cuidado
Hotel antigo e com condições de manutenção muito ruim. Roupas de cama e toalhas bem velhas e até rasgadas. Travesseiros e colchão muito velhos. O café da manhã é razoável. a localização é a única coisa que salva. a limpeza não é o ponto forte do hotel. Não tem elevador e tem 3 andares. Portas barulhentas e pouco isolamento acústico.

Positivo: quarto é bem espaco, banheiro também, localização, atendimento, café da manhã, preços . Negativo: cama ( a cama tinha um improviso na base ) , um barata subiu na cama e em mim , não tem elevador ( não qiw seja um problema, mas para idosos e PCD é) .

Excelente lugar
A estadia foi incrível, só acho que deveriam investir em colchões um pouco melhores, os colchões de mola já estavam gastos e com partes fundas diminuindo assim o conforto após um longo dia, na maioria dos dias acordávamos com dores nas costas mas tirando isso o hotel é excelente a localização é ótimo a poucos metros da beira mar, pessoas cordiais e atendimento excelente. Surpreendeu positivamente, café da manhã variado pra quem chega cedo.
