We have stayed here many times and have always really enjoyed the facilities and excellent service. However, the service we experienced during our most recent stay was not as good as usual. Upon check-in I had to explicitly ask the front desk staff member to explain the inclusions that were part of our package. She had not mentioned these and how to access them (e.g., how to use the food and beverage credit and what time breakfast is etc.) We also purchased drinks and snacks at the hotel restaurant and noticed that other customers were offered complimentary bar snacks and we were not. The young staff member behind the bar in the restaurant was also not familiar with the drinks menu and had to google how to make cocktails in front of customers. More training definitely needed to be provided for this staff member.
