After the initial nine hours, when I realized that there was no security for my passport, credit cards, cash and computer, I left the hotel and never returned. Therefore, this visit (which I added and paid for before arriving in Fortaleza) actually never happened. The first visit was for the dates of January 4-7, 2020, which barely happened, and this one was for the dates of January 7-9, 2020, when I had no reason to return there, as the service was beyond unacceptable.

I paid for three days from January 4, 2020 to the morning of the seventh, but because I had a night flight from Rio de Janeiro, I actually arrived at 3:00 am on January 5. And because I had not yet seen the conditions of the place, I also booked and paid for two more days, as I was leaving on the 9th. When I checked in and went to my room I found that the old-style safe was missing the part with the key; therefore, it was not safe to leave my passport, credit cards, computer, cash, etc.

The hotel is fine for the price and it's close to the beach. Not very much going on beside that. It's old, but they were remodeling while we were there. The rooms are HUGE and very well lit.

Ficamos 6 noites em uma suíte com uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro. As instalações são simples, mas atenderam bem às nossas necessidades. O café da manhã é básico, porém suficiente. O principal destaque é o ótimo custo-benefício, já que o hotel está localizado em uma região central, com fácil acesso a tudo. O atendimento fez toda a diferença: todos os recepcionistas e camareiras estão de parabéns pela cordialidade e atenção. Como pontos de melhoria, destacamos a área da cozinha. As cozinheiras mencionaram que haveria tapioca no dia seguinte, mas isso nunca se concretizou. Além disso, o cardápio do café da manhã era sempre o mesmo, sem variações ao longo dos dias. Outro detalhe importante é que as fechaduras das portas apresentavam problemas, o que causava certo transtorno ao entrar e sair do quarto.

Boa.O hotel fica num ponto bom, próximo a praia de Iracema, um quarteirão de distância, proximo a feirinha da beira mar.O hotel é antigo, podendo melhorar o elevador, as portas, fechadura c chave , o quarto é espaçoso, ar bom, tv ruim, já danificada.Cama confortável.Wifi razoável, pois falhava muito, fiquei no 115, cama de casal.

O chuveiro tinha a água fraca, a pia do banheiro estava pingando e praticamente entupida, com dificuldade para a agua descer. A cama tinha um "buraco" no meio. O café da manhã era bem básico, mas bom, só estava com alguns itens frios, como os ovos, café e o leite. No entanto, ao solicitarmos para esquentar, foi feito. O tamanho do quarto é muito bom, da para acomodar bem as malas e a iluminação (natural) é muito boa.

O "Hotel" precisa de reformas, e na minha opinião não esta em padrão de hotel. Os lençóis e toalhas são bem velhos, as tolhas chega estão finas de gastas, e precisam ser trocadas. O quarto tinha pontos de mofo, mas não cheirava mal, ela limpo todos os dias e isso é um ponto positivo. O café é bom, são coisas frescas e gostosas, não tenho do que reclamar sobre isso. Mas, os pisos, o banheiro as janelas (que não abrem no quarto 215) estão bem velhos e de fato precisa de uma boa reforma. Os funcionários foram atenciosos. Para quem procura um local somente para dormir e tomar um banho e um custo mais baixo, ele atende.

Hotel não abre as janelas para ventilação. O quarto todo mofado nas paredes. Banheiro da pia a água cai mais na bancada do que na cuba. O lavatório ao usar molhava o banheiro. Cama de casal são duas cama de solteiro que fica abrindo. A piscina só fizeram a limpeza uma vez. Precisa fazer muitas melhorias.
