Beautiful hotel excellent service we were in an accessible room and the pull out couch mattress was not so comfortable we added two duvets on top of the mattress and it worked I was surprised how beautiful the hotel was yet the pool area was not so much pool area definitely needs an upgrade

Paying Expedia officially is a waste of time because the Delta hotel charge me $484, $287, 148.00. The only thing I did was to drink a bottle of water. They must be charging me to using the towels and sleeping in the bed and not making it up before I leave. Whatelse I could not think of..
Lovely hotel, friendly service. Pool/hot tub a bit tired but overall a great stay. Very short walk to harbour, restaurants and bars.

Location was good, lobby was clean and looked great. Staff ant the front desk and the cleaning lady were amazing. Very friendly and helpful.
The room - below average and needs some updates. Almost got burned with the sink hot water unless we turned the faucet all the way to the right. It was the total opposite for the shower. No hot water unless we rotated the handle all the way. The drain was old and rusty and was partially clogged.
If you were expecting a typical Delta Hotel you will be disappointed. The lobby was nice and the staff were great but that is where it ends. The elevators and public areas were filthy. The room was okay but hasn’t been updated in decades.
