Private house in beautiful country
Unusually charming house and garden in 20 acres surrounded by open country, rolling hills, small river good for swimming (a bit of a scramble to get down to bathing platform)

Amazing house with stunning views!
The house is absolutely beautiful with great furniture and very stylish deco. Kitchen is great with everything you need to cook. We were 2 families and it was perfect. The only thing to be aware of is that one of the main bedrooms is in a separate section with its own front door which if you have very small children (under 5??) might be a problem. It wasn't a problem for us. Would definitely recommend the house to people who are looking for a quiet stay away from the hustle. There were also very friendly horses which the kids loved and the lovely town Dungog is only 7 min away and has everything you need in terms of restaurants and groceries.

Delightful, comfortable, enjoyable
Kingaley is a wonderful quiet place to holiday with family or just a couple. All aspects of the home are thoughtfully appointed, and are comfortable and relaxed, with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces to be together or alone. The gardens and surrounds and river & valley views are large and peaceful. Indoor combustion stoves and outdoor fire pit are well stocked with wood and make night-times lovely. Seriously good bushwalking and cycling are close-by activities. Such an enjoyable place for active people who also like relaxing together somewhere lovely.
