EVERYONE HAD A SMILE AND WAS FRIENDLY. LADY FIXING BREAKFAST WAS SUPER NICE. CROWDED, ESP IN BATHROOM. EXHAUST FAN LOUD. THE SHELF NEAR THE BEDS…BAD LOCATION, HIT HEAD A FEW TIMES. PEOPLE WERE NICE BUT WASN’T OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH ROOM. STRONG CHLORINE SMELL WHEN YOU WALK IN THE DOOR. SHEET ON BED WOULD NOT STAY ON (FITTED SHEET). TOO MANY OTHER CHOICES NOT TO BE WOWWED A LITTLE.

My bathroom room 119 bathroom ceiling had mold and a water stain on the ceiling. The window covering were shears. No blinds or shades for the window. So when cars parked it would light up the first floor at all hours of the night. The Jacuzzi jets were also broken. This hotel needs a renovation.

The hotel location is perfect and walkable to a lot of restaurants and stores. I never have high expectations for complimentary breakfast but it was lacking some key condiments such as no butter or cream cbeese for tbe bagels or toast. Overall the room was clean and we enjoyed our stay

It was a horrible service and horrible hotel. I checked out the next day and I even asked them for a refund. They did not refund me my money. It’s a horrible place. I do not recommend it to anybody. They don’t even do housekeeping you ask for towels they don’t give you unless I went downstairs and I was so upset till they send me one. They ruin my vacation. I hate it.

The Bathroom was extremely dirty. Mold and mildew in the shower and dirty behind toilet. Also,,,,,I reserved a king thru Expedia and when I checked in they gave me 2 queens. They said it was the same price and if I wanted it resolved i'd have to go thru Expedia.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was wonderful. The only complaint I might have is I thought the bathroom floor could’ve been a little cleaner when I put my little white shower mat down it was no longer white.Q

Very nice place to stay in Frankenmuth. Easy walk to all downtown activities, nice facilities, helpful staff, and good breakfast. Nice pool and hot tub. Overall, great value.

We made reservations for one room with a king bed. We were given a room with two queen beds. Receptionist said that it was what the system showed. I showed her the confirmation which showed a room with a king bed. She didn’t even try to see if a room with a king bed was available so we didn’t have a choice but stay in the room with two queen beds. There were no tissues in the bathroom. The trash cans in the bathroom and in the room had no bags. The microwave was not very clean and the same with the cover for the AC/Heating unit. Breakfast was the worst and most anemic we have ever seen in a hotel. We choose to go out and eat both days even though we paid for breakfast at the time we made the reservations. We definitely expected more from Marriott but it didn’t happen this time.
