Poor customer service. Rude check in staff, didn’t give me any information about breakfast and walked off after giving me my room key, very strange. Ordered drinks and they didn’t arrive, when we asked about where they were there was no apology. Just really rude staff. The lady in the restaurant was better.

No fuss stay.
Prompt check-in. Super nice front desk agent who spoke Spanish and English (helpful for us). Room looked new. Quiet hallways. Paid breakfast was superb.

The property is one thing, but the staff need a shoutout too. When my husband and I arrived, we were a few hours early. We both ended up getting sick on the plane, and just needed to clean up. The staff made it so we could check in as soon as we arrived so we wouldn't have to wait for our room. I greatly appreciate them letting us do this because we were both miserable.

Stayed overnight to catch a flight from Frankfurt the next morning. The place is perfect for that. It is one stop on the train from the airport, and the train station is right next to the hotel. Had a reasonable restaurant/bar so did not have to go out looking for a place. Room rate was quite reasonable. Was perfect for my need.

I liked its proximity to the airport, but didn't like that it doesn't have a shuttle. So, you either take a taxi, bus or train. Taking the train wasn't too expensive and was the first stop out of the airport. But you have to make your way to terminal 1 to get to the regional Bahnhof.
