Had a wonderful time here for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't working during my stay so it got really warm in the room. However, they did give me a small table fan that was able to cool me down to some extent. Overall, my stay was great. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate me about 3 hours prior to my expected checking and they even upgraded my room to the 17th floor and it was an executive room with the most amazing view of Frankfurt.

Water fountain service in the room
The staff were friendly, and the hotel looked clean and comfortable. However, when we checked in at midnight and turned on the AC, we woke up to the sound of dripping water. It turned out there was water discharge from the ceiling in the middle of the room. We informed the reception, but their response was, "It's okay, you will check out today,you can put those towels under that" and they did nothing. As a result, we had to leave before 9 am instead of noon.

The upgrade was excellent. It's a classic hotel. The breakfast is typical for Germany - overpriced and underwhelming but certainly on par. The staff were delightful. The bar is excellent. It has a charm reminiscent of the 80s but they have embraced something modern. Its a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed at this property twice during our trip and both times the staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly, especially since we were travelling with a young baby. The rooms were big and spacious for us to set up a crib and sleep comfortably. The restaurant on the second floor had a very good dinner and then the morning it had a great breakfast buffet option. The staff at the hotel was even kind enough to give our daughter a little teddy bear as a gift which she loves.

The hotel was beautiful and checked all of our boxes when traveling. The front desk staff were very personable and accommodating. Unfortunately, we did not find the same level of service in the evening dining restaurant on the second floor. The wait staff was rude. During our stay the wifi was out and we asked numerous times for it to be remedied. Out of a four night stay, the wifi worked on our very last night. This is unacceptable and quite inconvenient when traveling from out of the country. The front desk staff was amazing and tried their best to help. The management did not care about the issue even though it was brought to their attention by numerous employees. The hotel manager was not present or accessible for us to take the issue directly to her. Perhaps it would have been fixed in a more timely fashion if she was involved in the process when we first expressed a concern. It was a beautiful venue and convenient to the expressway and to the downtown area.

The staff at our check, Ashwin, was very friendly and helpful.He made us feel very welcome. He answered all of our questions patiently and gave us useful tips gor visiting the city. When we found that yhe WiFi didn't work in our room, he came to the room to verify and explained the reason was due to the renovation work. The room we stayed was newly renovated and had a great view of the city skyline.
