Staff were extremely helpful. Room was very dated. Bathroom in particular in need of serious upgrade. Cracked basin and tiles, bathroom door rotten at the bottom, enamel in the bath flaking. Window seal in the bedroom needs to be replaced as wind was howling through moving the curtains. Breakfast disappointing. The restaurant windows were so dirty, hard to see out. We booked this hotel for a special occasion from your website, but it’s not as advertised. Overall very disappointing, only saving grace were the staff.

Bed not very comfortable and was on wheels so moved everytime you sat on it. Also no power points near the bed for a medical device so had to purchase an extension cord. Very noisy during the night also.
