The man at the desk was a bit rude but the other two were super nice. I asked for advice on what to go see and directions and the man behind the desk (Indian) was curt with my request.

Our room was spacious and clean but the shutters didn’t work and the trams went passed all night long so we didn’t get a good nights sleep. The air con worked thankfully. It’s an outdated hotel and would of been fine if it wasn’t for the noise outside

The hotel staff was great and ready to assist. The hotel however, is still living in the 70's. You need a physical key with a weight as a key ring. If you get a street side room, be prepared to hear, sirens, ambulances, people screaming, cars honking 24 hrs. a day, for however many days you are there. Its right next to the train station so there are many, many homeless begging and sleeping under covered areas. Rooms are small but functional.

The property was utter disgust, this should not be allowed to host people. The room was dirty, unprepared, the area is horrible. You should close this thing down, before something happens. People are in real damger around here.

This hotel is opposite the main station in what has become a rough area. Trams run all night and loud groups shout and argue all night which results in sirens frequently. In a different area I would be recommending this hotel

Loud and door in the balcony is defect
The location is near the main train station and easily accessible to the city center, which is good. The room is clean and newly renovated. However, it was loud because my room was in front of the tram and bus stop. I can not sleep. You can also hear the other guest screaming and talking in the other room. The door in the balcony is broken, which is why I can't close the door and the roller of the window is also broken. Overall, I had a sleepless night. Food was great though and you can save money as well.

good points is it is near the Train station and the rooms are big... No tea/coffee making facilities, TV remote doesn't work and they just said cant help.. waste of time in any case as no reception.. Corridors smelly..

Elevator didn't work. Had to transport my luggage down from fourth floor myself so that I would catch my flight. After that ordeal,I found out they have another elevator,a freight elevator, that I could have used.
