Second Time using this hotel. Rooms are great and very spacious. Very convenient for me as it’s located near most travel options in Liverpool both Lime Street and Bus Station. Not too far away from the town centre either for those looking to explore the city as I did on a previous trip. The room as mentioned is spacious, warm and comfortable. The bedding is very comforting although the mattress can be rather solid.

It was cheap and I got what I paid for. The room was a good size and clean, albeit tatty and dated. A lack of plug sockets was a bit of a problem. Overall, I checked in at 1800 and out again at 0830 the next morning so it ticked all the boxes for what I needed, I slept well and it was comfortable.

Stunning historic ocean liner days grand hotel that has not been carved up. The size of the lounge has to be seen to be believed, photos don't do it justice. Very few of these left in original architecture.

Last minute booking at decent rate which helped with the reason of my visit to the area. Quite a rustic feel to the inners of what was probably a very grand hotel in times gone by. Which you can imagine had some elegantly dressed people moving through the hotel. Would likely book a stay again if needed

Stayed with friends on a long weekend. Our rooms were on the 5th floor & had been renovated recently so very good. They were on 3rd floor in the old style rooms so not as good. Maid did not come in at all during our 3 night stay. Hotel is in a great location though so usually our hotel of choice for that reason when in Liverpool. Should not have to pay extra for Wi-Fi.

Great hotel and good value for money very clean room was decent and clean and comfortable 👌 paid 25 extra for breakfast for me and my partner and got 2 breakfasts 2 free drinks at the bar late 1pm check out and wifi code for 24 hours the only let down was the breakfast buffet food was terrible burned hasbrowns overcooked bacon and sausages and undercooked blackpudding and the mushrooms were discusting how they were cooked
