Great property!
The condo was exactly what we needed. Had plenty of room and a great layout with a large living area and 2 of the bedrooms downstairs where the master and kids room is located. Then the best part was it is located close to anything you need and has the best views from the tall windows in the living room.

Family Ski Trip
Grandview was a great condo for our family. We had plenty of room and the views were amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the family room was so comfortable for playing games or watching a movie. The check in process was very smooth. We loved having a garage for our car as it snowed over two feet of snow while we were there. We would definitely recommend this condo to our friends and we hope to return in the future.

Condo had all the amenities you could ask for as well as privileges to the MeadowRidge club. View is fantastic and bus stops very close if you don’t want to drive. Condo was very clean and owners responded quickly to any requests such as an early check in. Overall a great experience.

Outstanding ! It was literally home away from home.
When you first open the door and look out of those beautiful picture windows in the living room you know you are in the right place. Very open floor plan. Comfy sofa group. Large dinning table. Great kitchen (stocked very well). Multiple thermostats for everyone’s convenience. Again, the views !!! Bedrooms were just right, with each having their own bathroom & TV. Washer / dryer is definitely a plus for families. Private enclosed garage was great, so as not to come out to a frozen snow covered vehicle. And actually having an entrance to unload all the winter gear (jackets, boots, shoes) so as not to track a wet mess into the home was nice. This was the last stop of our 8 day Colorado trip. We spent 2 nights here & it was by far the icing on the cake to end our journey.

Just What We Were Looking For
Beautiful home about 10 minutes away from Winter Park resort. Very spacious, clean, and a stunning view of the valley from the family room and dining room. Owners are very friendly and texted to make sure our check-in was smooth and to ask if we needed anything. There are three nice-sized bedrooms and three full baths which was a plus. All the amenities we needed were on hand. We would definitely stay here again and can recommend it to others without hesitation. Thanks for helping us with a fantastic vacation!

Close proximity to Winter Park ski resort, tubing, snow mobiles, ice skating, shopping and restaurants..Online pictures are an understatement of how beautiful the view is..This home has everything a family would need or want for a Fantastic vacation rental.. located inside a subdivision with a gym and hot tubs/heated pools for your enjoyment.. My husband and I and our son brought friends from Memphis who had never been to Colorado. We entered what looked to be a smooth mountain cabin from the outside, only to find ourselves in an expansive, upscale, beautiful-yet-comfortably furnished home. The panoramic views of the mountain peaks literally took our breath away. We could see the Winter Park ski runs and the tubing hills and the big windows let in great afternoon light and warmth that we kept our chocolate bars in the shade of the kitchen island counter and more than one of us let our work worries slip away as we napped on the white buttery leather reclining sectional. This house offered everything needed indoors, and was a only a 3 minute drive to everything outdoors: Devils Thumb, Tabernash, the tubing hills, Winter Park and great restaurants. (We especially recommend the authentic Durbar Indian Restaurant). We slept like babies under the down quilts, and had everything we needed to cook and plate our Thanksgiving Dinner. In the frigid evenings, we swam laps in the warm outdoor pool and then chatted in the 2 hot tubs at the clubhouse. We also played board games (stocked in the front hall closet) and watched a free Amazon movie. (You can easily enter your own membership for shows that cost extra). Fluffy white towels, 3 full bathrooms, a separate garage...thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Huge condo for a fabulous mountain escape!
Took my young kids here for a “before school starts mountain adventure”. The view is AMAZING! The kids cried leaving because they loved the pool and place so much. A great retreat for anyone wanting to get away. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!

It was just as we expected. It was very warming, relaxing and had a beautiful view.
Communication was excellent from the time we got there till the time we left. The place was very inviting and it felt like it was ours. That’s the way we should feel to me. Now, we did have a plumbing issue but it was easily resolved and the communication was still there. The property was nicely decorated, has ample room in the kitchen for multiple people and a huge sectional with beautiful views of Fraser valley. It has two roomy bedrooms downstairs with baths as well as one upstairs. Another awesome thing about this place is the grocery store is literally right around the corner as well as several of the activities that we did, were within 10 minutes away. That was great. What more I can say. ...it also has amenities including a nice workout room and laundry. Try it out. You won’t be disappointed. Thanks to the owners again......Out here

Great Place with an awesome view
This Condo was great. The location was perfect for our trip. We were close to the Grocery store and plenty of restaurants. It was close enough to Winter Park Skiing but far enough away to be out of the busy area. It's quiet and the rec center was perfect for working out and plenty of workout equipment also. The Condo is so spacious and the rooms are nice size. They thought of everything from, shampoo to lotion to all the kitchen conveniences. The beds were comfortable and pillows too. They do need to add extra pillow cases though. I love the Ikea items including the comforters which I have bought the same ones for our beach condo. The heat control was a little difficult. The main area would heat up quite a bit in the afternoon we would have to open the windows. The sunsets were spectacular from the living room every night! The view is amazing! the living room sofa was awesome! it fit 6 of us easily and having cable, internet and choices to watch in each room was great. We were very comfortable there! I would stay there again. Any question or problem we had was immediately addressed.

breathtaking mountain views
we loved our stay in this townhouse. we had a total of six people and had more then enough room. the accommodations were very comfortable and homey. the large bay window provided beautiful views of fraser & winter park—we loved seeing the sunsets and the snow rolling in.
