Upon entry, you'll immediately be greeted by the rustic mountain vibes, an open layout designed with entertaining in mind, and the warmth of the gas fireplace that will be more than ready to thaw frozen toes after a day on the slopes. Home chefs will be in paradise as well as soon as they step into the well-equipped kitchen, as a gas range, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, and breakfast bar seating await for whipping up anything from a quick breakfast to a gourmet dinner. When days settle down, dining alfresco on the deck or sipping an evening glass of wine will be the perfect path to relaxation. Though you can opt to rest in one of the bedrooms for the night, the incredible, spacious loft is just as appealing. With it boasting both a comfortable bed and a TV for your viewing pleasure, know you'll sleep blissfully.

This townhome is perched incredibly close and convenient to all of Fraser, Granby, and Winter Park, including the Fraser Tubing hills, and Fraser River, yet feels “away from it all”. You won't have to venture far to head to the grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, and shopping. Upon arrival you’ll see the Fraser River running below the townhome, it will motivate many a fly fisherman to pull out their rods for excellent fly fishing within a 15 min walk. If the Fraser River isn’t your speed or you have children wanting to fish, the ponds directly behind the Fraser River offer trout fishing for beginners and children! The Fraser Valley was in fact President Dwight Eisenhauer’s favorite retreat from Washington. The Fraser River Trail offers access to the Winter Park Ski Resort following the Fraser River, a path that is as enjoyable on snowshoes as it is for a hike.

Great townhouse in Fraser!

Just returned from a 2 night stay at this great condo in Fraser, and it was fantastic! Very clean, tons of space, and very comfortable for our family. Well appointed kitchen made it easy to cook breakfast, and super convenient to a large grocery store and lots of restaurants for shopping or eating out. Beautiful view of the mountains from the large windows and doors!! Tons of stairs so those with mobility issues may find going to the master on the 3rd floor to be difficult, but they do provide baby gates to keep young children safe which is very thoughtful. Use of the garage is a definite perk as we got 18 inches of snow while we were there! Snow plows do maintain the driveway of this property and the surrounding roads, so it was not an issue to get in or out. Definitely would return!

Christmas vacation

Such a beautiful home! My husband and 4 kids stayed comfortably for 4 nights. The home is very nice and the view is amazing! Home came with everything we needed from bedroom bath kitchen and washroom items. Thank you for allowing us to staying. We had such a great time.

Excellent rental for family or small group

Incredible views and comfortable home environment...that's all we needed for a 3-day get-away. The condo is spacious with three floors should you need your privacy. Location is perfect for outdoor winter activities. Everything was clean and ready to use. Wish there were condiments and other cooking essentials (like oil) stocked, but grocery store is a mile away. Cooking appliances and cookware are all available for those that want to stay in and cook!

Great spot, minimal improvements needed

The location of this home is excellent- a few short minutes to Winter Green to the south or Grandby Ranch to the north for skiing and snow fun. The condo was big enough for our group of 5, able to spread out, have our own space when needed. Great view. Washer/dryer were a bonus-went home with clean clothes. One big complaint- the beds are AWFUL! None of us got a good nigh's sleep the week we were there. One person actually slept on the couch for some softness as the beds are harder than hard. A suggestion, not necessarily a complaint, is to have a visitor's guide in the condo. Some suggestions for us out of towners for local restaurants, coffee shops, breakfast cafes, etc. Since we are visiting it would be nice to have some guidance on suggested places to go.
