The AC in our room did not work and they did not have a maintenance man on property. Also the morning we were to check out, the elevator was not working and we were on the third floor. We had to carry our luggage down from the third floor.

Fredericksburg hotel problems
Room 302 had issues in tub-shower with faucet controls. The heavy Hot-cold water handle fell off in the shower and hit my foot. Then the temp of water couldn’t be controlled. When I tried to stop the shower flow by using the lever on the water spigot, it pulled out of the wall. This made for a cold & uncomfortable shower. I reported this to the front desk - it’s unbelievable that housekeeping hasn’t previously reported the tub damage because it didn’t appear newly damaged.

First of all the room we booked on line was handicap facility with bars in the bathtub. When we got into the room there was a shower, no tub. My wife is not comfortable with shower and needs a tub. The room was very small and I though lights in the room were inadequate. The occupants in room next to us were loud and TV , very loud, remained on all night. We were pleased with attendants making bed and furnishing clean towels daily. Checking in / out was very easy. We have stayed at this facility several times in the past and have been pleased. Not sure if we will stay there anymore.

AC was sub par, shower room floor was warped because the shower sprayed the whole floor. Hotel itself was fine.
