Convenient parking lot. Easy to get to Main Street. Clean room. Clean property. Nice pool. This room is close to the pool but you can’t hear the people at the pool. Cute place. Would book again.

The bathroom was great, really nice shower, comfy bed. There was a lot of road noise, but it died down in the evening. The hot tub was cold, so we didn’t use it.

Really nice, quaint spot. Plenty of space for just the two of us! Just outside the main shopping and dining area, so overall noise level was low. During the night there was noise from trucks driving by, but thankfully the room provided a sound machine.

Winter Trip
The property is very well kept and comfortable, the check in process is very smooth as well. It's also a very comfortable distance from town though it's out of a convenient walking distance. Overall, with the good price this will be a repeat stay on any return trips.

Clean and practical accommodation
The accommodation was clean and practical for the 2 of us. Perfect for a short stay of 3 nights. Located on West Main St it was a 20 walk into the centre of Fredericksburg which was fine. Didn’t get to use the pool but it looked clean good. Would recommend this property for couples wanting a short break away from the hustle and bustle.

It was just ok for us!
First of all we were put in a different room than booked and notified of this on the day of check in.......due to renovations being done on the room we booked. The place was clean and comfortable, but it is a really good walk from anything close on Main Street. Also, our room was one of 3 in this one building and the walls are paper thin. We could hear EVERYTHING that was said and done by others in their rooms and I'm sure they could hear us! It was not a bad stay, but I would not book again due to location and privacy!

This room is very nice and new feeling. The bathroom is very spacious. Note though this room is next to Main Street and traffic is very noisy. I would opt to stay in one of the other units for that reason. Would also recommend more than 2 loungers at the pool.
