The Bell House is a 1924 bungalow that has been completely remodeled and updated in 2017 to provide a relaxing atmosphere close to the amenities of Fredericksburg, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The property is conveniently located 2 blocks from Main Street and Highway 290. Guests are less than a two-minute drive to the downtown shopping areas, as well as easy access to wineries and vineyards.
The property features a modern kitchen with a large island and separate coffee bar, stainless appliances, and farm sink. The open-concept kitchen and living area lend itself to casual entertaining and conversation. The sun room/dining area has a table for 6 that overlooks the deck and backyard. Original hardwood floors flow throughout the home. The backyard is spacious, fenced for privacy, and has a large deck with patio furniture and a fire pit with seating for six.
The two bedrooms have a queen-size bed and two twin beds. There is also a full-size air mattress if needed. The bathroom has a full-size tub/shower combination.
