Disgusting room (non smoking) but cigarette burns in the comforter, trash on the floor under the desk. TV busted in top, ghetto area. Nothing “studio” about this place

No employee Empowerment to resolve issues.
There were items that were cracked, dinged, broken in the room. The desk people did not know if there were pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, plates available for the suite rooms. We had to wait for the manager to get on property. The power went out in our room and no one on property could assist. My family had to sit in a room with no air conditioning for a little over and hour. Again, we had to wait for the manager to get on property to fix it. There is no employee empowerment on property.

Very dirty and smelly
When I walked in the room it smelled bad. I had to spray disinfectant. Bad water pressure and I seen two roaches on my last day of stay. Very loud outside. I will not go back to that hotel. Very uncomfortable

Staying in this location would ruin the whole trip
Lots of homeless outside the motel. The room next door to me is a long-term resident, and there are people coming and going from night to dawn next door, I don't know how many people live in it or what business is in the room. As long as the door next door is opened or closed, the entire wall of the room is covered. It all vibrates, and the voices from next room are very clear. This is the worst studio 6 place I have ever stayed in.

There's cockroaches. We bought a pizza left it out on the counter to cool down before putting it in the fridge and roaches crawled out. I went to the office the next morning (it was late the previous night) to tell them that they needed to at least refund me the price of my pizza ($20) because I had only eaten one slice out of it, the guy in the office told me that they didn't have roaches, and he wouldn't do anything for me. I was so upset and after walking out of the office two doors down were a couple cockroachs outside trying to get into someone's room. This place is a joke.

It was a place to sleep but cleanliness was mot their strength. My kids walked around the room barefoot and the bottoms of their feet turned black.

Yes, I would stay here again
The people were nice. Check-in was late due to room not being available as housekeeping staff was short but when I got to the room it was good. Condition set up appropriately but you could tell the property was a little aged. Air conditioning was great. Pool was right outside my door which I really liked a lot
