Rooms are ok, very basic. Amenities are great. Beach is rocky, but ocean and reef are great. Pools are very dirty, smell like a toilet, especially the still water play area; cant stress the stinky fetid water enough, wish i had known. Guests have a rich a-hole vibe. Prices are anxiety-inducing. Hotel staff is wonderful. Overall regret staying here. Air bnb is a better experience/roi in my opinion.

lWas not happy that checking in time was 4:00pm kind of wasted part of my day waiting then early check in was $75 the lines were so long that by the time I got my room was almost close to 2:00 pm . the hotel was overly crowed . The pool area too was not very happy at this Hilton

The fish ponds are dirty, beach too crowded, no activities, Tapa lounge entertainment ends at 9:30. Everything extremely expensive.

I have been to this property several times over the last 20+ years. It has definitely changed alot, it is still beautiful and the view of the beach from our room was amazing! It was just a little disappointing that all the pools but the one in front of the Alai tower closed at 6, so no sitting in the hot tub at night, we thought getting a room in the Alai tower with its own pool we could have later swims with less crowds but every night but Friday it closed at 6pm, the one tube slide was only open for like 2 hours a day, we were not at the pool when the other 2 little slides were open. Some of the waterfall ponds were dirty my 13 year old daughter pointed that out to us. For the amount that we paid for the hotel and resort fees, it was not kept up as much as we thought it should be, don't get me wrong we had a great vacation but some of the little things were missed!

We liked the grounds and location. The hotel is a bit old and could use a makeover. The bathroom shower fixture ( faucet handle)were very loose and homes off. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Great service at the front desk, wonderful pool atmosphere, great shopping and great dining options. Right on the water, wonderful experience. The luau is a must!

We had a great experience at this property. Everything more than met our expectations. It was our families first trip to Oahu and it did not disappoint. Everything is walking distance and it is an absolute beautiful property. Beach front and so cool!

The property was very nice and exceeded expectations. From friendly staff, somewhat enclosed beaches, plenty of shops and restaurants, this property had it all. The highlight of the trip was a once in a lifetime Easter celebration on the beach! I will definitely visit this property again in the future.

The property had many options for shopping and food. The room would not allow you to set the temp lower than 68 and often didn’t get lower than 70-71, making it uncomfortable to sleep.
