The tower we were in was pretty outdated. The windows were so old that you couldn't see them clearly for the great view we had. Probably needs a good cleaning or it's just an older room that needs renovations. The bathroom fixtures are super old. Great big size corner room. The plus was the room was big.

This is my second time staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village and they do not disappoint! Although some of their towers are old (i stayed at the Diamon Tower), my family and I would always come back to our hotel room very clean and organized. highly recommend! All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Jehzra or Jeizra (sorry i cannot remember how to spell her name) was so lovely and accommodating when checking us in.

Beautiful sites but probably wouldn’t return

Hotel was nice because it had shops and restaurants on site however every meal for a family of 4 was close or over $200(including breakfast!) parking a rental car was also an extra $70 per day. The resort definitely gets their moneys worth out of your stay. The people were extremely friendly though and the cleaning staff were good. The rooms were outdated but clean. Pools were busy and had a hard time finding a chair most of the time. The best time we had was driving to the different beaches and site seeing. Book a month ahead for diamondhead and Pearl Harbor. Checked Hawaii off our bucket list but not sure we’d come back

The hotel was very convenient. Close to the beach, pools, and multiple shopping stores. The only downside was that my rooms bath curtain was smelly and made the bathroom smell dirty.
