This beautiful two bedroom town home is located on Frisco Main St and backs to Mount Royal, and has easy access to hiking trails and the paved Summit Country Recreation Path. In the winter months take the free Summit Stage bus which picks up in front of the complex to Copper in minutes or down Main St for shopping and dining. The home has been fully furnished with new mattresses and furniture throughout as well as new appliances in the kitchen (Fall 2019). 

As you enter the condo there is a large bedroom downstairs and a 3/4 bath off the hall. This bedroom includes a bunk bed with full size beds, and a full sized futon. This is the perfect space for children. There is also a private washer and dryer in the closet off this room.  

Upstairs the main living area and kitchen has a balcony with a gas grill and beautiful Mount Royal views. Cozy up to the wood fireplace on one of the two sofas. Catch up on your favortie show on the large smart TV in the living room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals with cookware, microwave, dishwasher, and various small appliances.  Dine at the breakfast bar with 4 bar stools or dining table that also seats four. The master bedroom is on the main level upstairs, and has a king bed and TV with Roku to stream your favorite shows. The master connects to the full bathroom off the hall with a tub/shower combination. Hair dryer included! The living area and bedroom have been updated with new hardwood flooring in the fall of 2022.

The condo has two covered parking spaces and is just steps away form the free Summit Stage bus stop. The shuttle will take you to all the major ski resorts in the area. If you are looking to ski at Copper Mountain, the bus ride is only about 10 minutes and you will be dropped off and picked up at the main base area. When you return to condo after a day of skiing or hiking, you can easily walk to Main St. shopping and restaurants in a few short blocks. There is also a hot tub onsite if you are looking to relax your muscles.

Walking distance to down town frisco

Very comfortable location not far from downtown Frisco. One of my daughters used the nearby bike path to longboard on and loved it. It’s closer to the secondary/quieter exit off the interstate. We had a covered parking spot for our vehicle and the townhouse unit was uncrowded and peaceful. Very accommodating for our family of 5. I will definitely look for this one in the future.

We didn't feel our unit was properly prepared for our arrival. The main toilet was unflushed and disconnected. We had to reattach the chain to flush someone else's waste before we could use it ourselves. There were two televisions and neither worked properly. After numerous attempts to reach management, I was told that the tv in the bedroom was essentially a computer monitor that I could hook my own device to. The manager came to fix the large tv in the den but the only solution found was to unplug that tv and connect the small one in the bedroom to the cable. The remote never worked and had to be manually adjusted. The manager was pleasant, the kitchen well supplied and the bed was comfortable. However, I felt for the cleaning fee, someone checking to make sure there were remote controls for the televisions that were in working order and clean toilets should have been included.

Perfect family vacation spot

We LOVED where this property was located and could jump on the Vail bike trail so quickly that the kids wouldn't stay off! We rode a total of 40 miles during our stay! Kids loved the big bunk beds, and it stayed pretty cool at night in their room. The master on the top level was a little warmer some during the day, but once we opened the windows and the back door the breeze came through and it was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Getaway

We enjoyed the location of this property, the layout, and the view of Mt Royal off the back deck. It’s an easy, flat walk to Main Street Frisco. The property was well stocked including band aids, kitchen accessories, and It felt homey. Having a washer and dryer in the unit is always helpful. The carport has space for two vehicles. We would stay here again!
