Absolutely worst experience as we weren't even able to get into property. Colorado Rocky Mountains Resorts, who manages property, is terrible, rude, and unrealiable. We arrived to property late in the evening because of terrible traffic. Once there, we followed the instructions given and tried to open the lockbox to get key, but it was jammed. We tried on many occasions to pry open the box for key but were unsuccesful. We called the 24 hr emergency # given, and would get no answer and go straight to a Diana's voicemail. We were out at 11pm, in 15 degree weather, very tired from our travels, and with 2 kids who just wanted to sleep. We called hotels.com (expedia) and they too tried contacting management, but surprise, no answer. Thankfully hotels.com was incredible in taking care of us and found alterante accomodations for us. Because it was spring break week, it was a very busy time and there were no other properties in Frisco available, but they placed us in a similar property in the next town of Breckenridge that was more expensive and covered the difference. I called management from this place the next day and guess who answers the phone...Diana! I told her how dissapointed we were she couldn't be reached when we needed her. Her response was rude and she basically blamed it on us and said there was nothing wrong with box or code. I told her regardless, she should be available to assist. So she said we needed to handle it with expedia and just hung up. Never again...avoid!
