One block off Main Street
The unit was clean and the kitchen had all needed essentials. We loved the privacy of each bed/bath being on a different floor. There was even an attached one car garage. We would definitely stay here again.

Holiday Kayaking Adventure
This property was perfect for our family vacation! Grandparents, Parents, and Grandchildren had their own space and own bathrooms. We had room for playing games, eating at the large dining room table, cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, storing our kayaks in the garage, resting, sleeping, and sharing great times. The townhome's location was fabulous - close to Dillon Reservoir, close to downtown, close to hiking. We couldn't ask for anything more! Thank you!!!

Great location!
It was great to be so close to Main Street. Easy walks to breakfast and dinner, and really close to a great gelato place that we went to too many times. The condo was great, too! Nice setup with everyone getting their own space. Our only regret was finding the secret of the sofa too late in the stay. I won’t spoil the find for others.

Great location, comfortable and well appointed!
I rented this place for a group of 4 friends wanting to ski at a few different mountains (copper, winter park & ABasin) but be somewhere where we could walk to bars, restaurants, coffee, etc. we couldn’t have asked for a better location. A few blocks to the highway and we were at the mountains in 10-20 minutes. We could walk to dinner, a convenience store, coffee shops, even an awesome venue for live music Friday and Satuday night. The house is great as well. The bedrooms are large and roomy. Lots of space to spread out and the beds are super comfy. The main floor suited our group of four well. We were wishing there was a hot tub, but otherwise, the place was perfect!

The overall space is good for this unit but the showers are completely atrocious! The master tub was so gross, we didn't want to use it. The finished is chipping and it is covered with a mildew dirty bathmat. The other two tubs are marked and stained and shabby, and they don't drain. We had to clean the drain to get it to work. The master bath towels were very thin and shabby. And the third bedroom in the basement has a bunk bed that is pretty wobbly that someone is going to hurt themselves. It seems like no one is keeping up with this unit. We all had to use the one shower that was the least gross. All tubs need to be redone. I am shocked other reviews gave this five stars.

Great getaway for 2 families
Eight of us (4 adults and 4 kids) stayed comfortably in this well-stocked unit. We were able to cook a couple of times and walk to restaurants, stores, and coffee shops with ease. Great location and had everything we needed.

A great stay
We stayed at this house for a little over a week and it was great. The house was clean and had a lot of room. There was a lot of sleeping space. The only downside was the kitchen was quite small, but this was only a minor inconvenience, especially if you are eating out a lot. The location of the house was right outside of the main strip, which was perfect. It was also close to getting to the freeway. Overall a great property.

The property was perfect for our families. Very clean and organized. We would stay there again. Location was great. We were traveling with a toddler so opted not to stay in 3 hotel rooms. Very nice having a washer and dryer and everything we needed for our stay.
