First time in Grand Haven with my daughters. Many attractions near by, I enjoyed the convenience. They don’t have an elevator but other than that the room was clean. Pool area was clean and the water felt amazing. Definitely recommend if traveling with children. Breakfast was average. Service was good, overall I recommend!

The young woman at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. I love that there is a fridge and a freezer in the room. I love that there’s a pool and hot tub. I don’t like that there’s no elevator but I lucked out and got a room on the first floor. Bed is comfy and clean. A good place for a quick overnite stay.

Clean room, good bed. I enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Property is a bit dated in appearance but in good repair. Attracts families with kids so pool area was noisy. Door to my room did not close completely on it's own. Had to make sure it was closed/locked. Small issue but important.

Bed was comfy and room a good size. Breakfast was hearty with many options. Hot tub was wonderfully hot. Staff friendly. Only reason I had for 4 not 5 stars was the carpet in my room was not well vacuumed. I don’t mean on the edges at the baseboard but right down the middle. I’d certainly stay there again. One thing off is important but it’s just one.

The shower was designed for handicapped people. The shower drain was slow, so the water flooded the entire bathroom. The room service explanation on the mirror said that towels and sheets would be changed every 3 days. It also said to notify the front desk for room service. We did not get room service until the 5th day, when I requested it at the front desk. So, there was confusion about the process to get that service.

Horrible early check in policy. They charge you $30 even though they are not busy. Never seen such a horrible policy before. Room was in poor shape with cabinet drawers broken and hanging out. Generally clean though.
