Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly by the front desk. She checked me in and informed me the room was up the stairs on the 2nd floor. I did not notice an elevator-which fine for me, but what about handicap visitors? The first thing I noticed was the FILTH on the stairs leading to the 2nd floor. It makes sense given the traffic that goes up them-and everyone's luggage-but WOW. Once we got into my hotel, my husband pointed out chips and TOE NAIL CLIPPING on the floor. I regret not taking photos, and was completely mortified that he was in fact correct. I picked up a tissue and cleaned them up. The nightstand had a layer of dust underneath it, and the top was greasy. The bathtub had stray hairs. I felt that no matter where I went in the hotel I couldn't escape the dirt. Bed was fine, and the rest of the stay went well. I, however, will not be returning. I travel ALL over for work, and this was one of the worst rooms I've stayed in.
