We love this hotel. We first stayed here in 2015 and returned recently for 5 nights. We had a lake view room with a spectacular view of the Osorno volcano. The room was very comfortable and the downstairs restaurant served excellent food. Our favorite was the pil pil shrimp. We will return.

We loved the room, our view of the lake and volcanos, easy walk to town, the pool and spa and everything's except our room key cards were single use and we had to return to the front desk several times a day for new ones. We did not keep them near our cell phones

Great beds, very helpful staff, short walk to mall and other shops. We had dinner and breakfast there and we were very happy with the options, they even had a gluten free area for the breakfast service. We needed connected rooms and the staff was very good at sorting it out.
