子連れで利用しました。博多駅からは少し距離があります。博多口からタクシーで1000円ちょっとです。無人のチェックインなので手続きが不安でしたが、複雑ではなく分かりやすいものでした。滞在の3日前に説明が記載されたメッセージが届きました。部屋は掃除が良く行き届いており快適に過ごすことができました。すぐ近くにコンビニもあります。マイナス点は無人なのでアーリーチェックインや荷物を預けるということができなかったことと、チェックインの手続きでスタッフと電話で確認をするプロセスがあるのですが、挨拶もなくこちらの名前を聞いて確認ができたら一方的に切るという感じの悪い対応でした。これらを除けば非常によく、また利用したいと思える部屋でした。
