People stay at this hotel for 3 reasons- the rooftop view, kitchenette, and great staff.
We loved how kind and friendly 90% of the staff was esp the breakfast staff, housekeepers and Eduardo at reception.
I would recommend this hotel because it is a safe, clean, and boutique hotel.
The good- amazing breakfast, pool with rooftop views, great location, close to cliff bay (bus stop), close to restaurants/great supermarket, and our second room was spacious.
The bad- jacuzzi broken for majority of stay, pool is small, blonde female at reception completely unhelpful/unfriendly, location is next to a loud street (dogs barking all night)
The ugly- we had two rooms. Not sure why since I requested a quiet room but we were placed in the noisiest room. Right next to the only working elevator. The room had shower issues, zero countertop space in the kitchenette, and was very cramped considering we paid for a suite.
Overall despite the minor issues this is a great hotel in a great location. I was slightly worried about being so far from old town but the bus ride into town is only €2 and this area is close to the lido/natural pools.
