They didn’t give me my room, I paid for it in advance on Expedia, then arrived and they said sorry it’s past checkin time and the new girl working counter didn’t know how to get me in so charged me a way higher rate and I paid 2x for the room. No refund was given. Expedia said contact hotel and I did, and they didn’t refund me.

The property was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. I did not enjoy the breakfast because the fruit was not fresh. I did like the fitness center, but it did not have weights. But, overall; I enjoyed my stay.

The property was not clean and the bathroom was stinking of something and would not go away even after spraying lysol. Complained at the front desk and nobody showed up to address this. The hallway was noisy all night, The property needs cleaning inside and outside.

Quick overnight stay in Gainesville. The staff was super nice and helpful. We were able to walk to dinner approximately a 15 minute walk to a really nice shopping area.
