Dirty rag found on bed upon entry, AC did not work, horrible odor in room, walls paper thin you could hear everything outside as well as in other rooms, other guests were loud loud loud at late hours.

The curtains had a large amount of blood on them. The dehumidifier had not been emptied and it was full of mold. The air filter in the A/C unit looked like it had never been changed.

Highly recommend
It was an amazing stay. The manager was great trying to accommodate me. The desk personnel and maids were always polite and professional. The maintenance man worked hard to get my tv up and running, always trying with a great attitude. I can't say enough positive things. The place was very clean, and the staff did everything to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend.

It was clean and comfortable. The ac system worked way better than the first place I stayed. Our stay was due to bereavement and when we called the staff would not offer any discounts and offered no condolences. Room was on the 3rd floor so the lack of elevator was challenging. Sound traveled very easily but there weren’t a lot of people. Even though it is a smoke free place the first night 2-3am the room filled with cigarette and pot smoke from the restroom vent. The complimentary breakfast food was awful the juice and coffee were the only good thing.There was a huge fight that broke out with the staff the day we checked out. The fight went inside, outside and back inside again so it was a bit scary especially since I had a young child with me.

Breakfast was continental. Danish, coffee, waffles etc. Room & Hotel were clean and updated. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was nice to relax & unwind. Good for the price.

I stayed for four nights and requested the hotel staff to change the bedsheets after two nights. Even after repeated requests they failed to do so, after the third night even the flat sheet was removed. Slept only on the fitted sheet for the fourth night, to our horror the sheet that is placed between the blanket and bed sheet was also not there. Breakfast is very average (no eggs or milk).

Room was not cleaned well before arrival and very dusty. We had an extra charge to the card once we checked in that was unexplained. Bedding had an odor and when asked for it to be changed, room service just handed us linen and did not change it. We also had to take out our own trash. Shower and refrigerator area were dirty. The TV was not working properly and when we called the front desk they told us to take it up with the cable company. There was also roaches in the room.

Nice place to stay for a game (though price may be high game weekends). Staff was friendly but may want to get more info on transportation/parking areas for games. Place was clean, roomy, and good location-10 min drive to the college.
