Some staff were friendly (Kobe). Toilet needed manual flush( repaired. Two burned out light bulbs; not replaced. Dishwasher lower rack with missing rolller. Footed sheet for queen-sized bed provided for double bed pullout couch. Excellent breakfasts! Housekeeping almost non-existent. Room needs thorough cleaning— check out the light switches.
