Check-in I am over 65 the front desk person directed me to STAIRS to bring our bags in! When I said we choose this hotel because it had an elevator she changed the room, and their were still steps to go up. perhaps you need a ramp for luggage carts or instructions how to avoid steps. Pool and hot tub don't open so someone can exercise and enjoy the facilities before heading out. even 7a to 11p so people can utilize The mattress needed to be replaced, very hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast service was excellent, and the associate cheery and helpful.

I booked a room here due to an emergency. The staff was more than helpful and accommodating. They were kind and friendly! That goes a LONG way with me! Its located just off the interstate, so that was easy, and the price is right!! We have to come back in January, and I'll be at Super 8!
