My close friend and I wanted some quality girl-time to catch up while listening to the sound of the waves. This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Everything we wanted and needed was here. We highly recommend it and intend on coming back.

Everything is great but check in process is a little much
I would stay here again, access to the beach is seconds away and not an overcrowded area. The pool was nice and great to have an area to rinse off sand from the beach. The AC unit works incredibly well, I was worried the high temps and humidity were going to be a problem but not at all. The master bedroom ceiling fan would only function on high or off which was a little disappointing but not a deal breaker. I only rated the check in process as average because if you follow all the descriptions and emails you get notifications that check in time is after 3pm and another spot says after 4pm and a final email reminder said possibly not until 4:30 pm and you need to check in by 5pm otherwise you have to follow after hours procedure. That's a little too much. We got a call around 2:30 pm the property was ready. Not having all these times bouncing around would have made things a little less stressful. Other than that I would recommend this property, it's clean, easy to get to and not in a busy area.

Great view!
I have stayed in these condos before but the owners locked the master closet. This was so convenient to use the closet to throw luggage. Great to have drawers for clothes and hangers. Kitchen was upgraded and well laid out. I liked that there was enough seating for 4 adults to comfortably watch tv or sit at the counter and eat. Bunks by front entrance provided a 3 bedroom feel. Would like to see the comforter set newer given the price and less artificial plants. Balcony view was to die for (and our main reason to rent this unit). Overall a comfortable stay and very accomidating. Everyone was happy.

This was a wonderful vacation. Waking every morning to the ocean waves. Being able to sit on the deck and listen and see the ocean was so relaxing. The condo was perfect had everything you need. The pool and hot tub area was quiet and relaxing. Will book again

Great condo in a great location!!
We absolutely loved the location of this condo!! The condo itself was exactly as advertised, and had a nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. The view from the condo was gorgeous and my elderly mother enjoyed sitting in the reclining loveseat and watching the people on the beach and the waves coming in all day long. The property itself is a bit dated, but had great staff and were so friendly and helpful. We are already planning next years stay!

Great beach location with minor repair issues
The property is right in the beach as oppose to several other properties that are across the road from the beach. When we arrived, a blind and towel rod were broken, and the master bedroom tv would not turn on. Reported problems to management, but nothing was addressed during our 2 night stay. The property did not have book with instructions and recommendations like many other rentals we have stated in.

Totally worth it!
We enjoyed being right off the beach! We stayed on the second floor with our small kids. The rails to the balcony were narrowly spaced and safe for them to sit out there with us. It's the perfect distance from the main strip, and allows you to have a more private part of the beach. A couple chairs were provided. The pool was heated and pretty well shaded depending on time of day. We did have to purchase our own K-cups, but there was a regular coffee machine as well. All utensils you'd need. However, nothing was plastic, so we ended up buying disposables for our young kids. Over all 10/10 would do it again!

Nice condo, great location, but...
The condo is wonderfully located on a clean, family friendly beach. The pool and hot tub are delightful. It was quiet and safe. The condo could use some updating, but is comfortable and clean. There are maintenance issues (broken patio door lock, chair with only 3 of 4 legs remaining, knives so dull they are dangerous to use). I tried to ask the owner about these problems, but no response was ever given. The property was well managed, but I have never seen so much legal paperwork required. I had to sign my name about 20 times on various legal documents AFTER paying to lease the property. Crazy. A;ll in all it was nice. We had a wonderful time. Would go again.

Great unit and property
We have been staying in different condo units at Seascape for over 25 years. This is a very nice unit and the property is well-maintained. The main pool and kiddie pool are heated and there are 2 hot tubs, and one is for adults 21 and older. The condo has Beach access without having to cross the road. Great place to stay.
