Took my 90 year mom on a weekend getaway. The unit was perfect, just as described. There are elevators and luggage racks to carry everything in! It is located on the main drag, so lots of traffic on the street- but no worries because the unit is very sound proof! I was able to take morning and evening walks by easily crossing the street. Only issue was a refrigerator malfunction, but there are 2 in the unit and an ice machine on the second floor. I called Jane and she promptly responded. It could have been due to electrical issues from the recent hurricane. Overall, pleased with my stay. It would be perfect size for a family of 4. Great coffee was provided and soap in shower and dishes!

Perfect Little Condo
This place was perfect for our needs. It is on the 3rd floor, so you don't hear anyone above you. Great view of the ocean(right across the street). Walmart and plenty of restaurant options are near by. The 2 pools were perfect for late afternoons.

a little gem next to the sea
This is a great apartment with the balcony overlooking the sea. You can see the sunrise in the morning and the moonrise in the evening straight from your balcony, which has a table and 2 chairs. A very cosy apartment with 2 fridges, a stove, microwave and a dishwasher. You have everything necessary to cook a breakfast/supper and enjoy your stay. The walk to the sea is literally 3-4 minutes, including crossing the road at the traffic light. We will definitely stay at this apartment again, if we can.

Room was just as pictured. My main concern was the cleanliness. There was a thick dust ring around the light switches where they cut into the door frames. Towels had what i assume were self tan stains. Same with one of the blankets. Hair under my pillow that wasnt mine. The nightstand had old soda spilled down the side that wasnt cleaned up. Im glad we brought our own towels, pillows and blankets. Other than the cleanliness, 5 stars and would return.

Cleanest VRBO ever!!!
Please give the house keeping person/people a raise!!! We use VRBO constantly for our vacations. I've never been in a more clean unit! There was not even one spec of sand, dust or hair anywhere! The unit itself was in a perfect location! The paint, kitchen and bathroom was renovated and looks modern and great! Perfect size for 2 adults and 1 teen... definitely wouldn't recommend more the 4 people total. The only recommendation I have to the owner is to declutter in the living room... there was entirely too mu h furniture and just stuff. Just to update to a few modern furniture pieces and get rid of everything else. We'll definitely use this unit everytime we're in Galveston! Thank you!

Condo was very nice small but nice. Was disappointed that the coffee pot was not a pod unit.
Renting it was easy. But after it was finalized with payment and gives you your contact person. I contacted them by phone and email and never got a response it really aggravated me. I wanted a earlier check in but never got an answer. So for that reason I want rent this unit again

Very nice home base for a busy weekend.
We were primarily in the area to do a show in Texas City, so the time spent at the place was mainly for relax time after travel and event. Great balcony with perfect view of the Gulf was the selling point for us. 85% of our time was out there chilling after hours. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean with good water pressure, and couch can keep you planted. This place is perfect for an active weekend getaway. Location by the pier was great, and beach access was easy. Highly recommended.

Great vacation
Property was just as advertised. Building and unit were very clean. Location was good.. Just minutes from everywhere! Also across the street from the 61st Pier which is awesome for a cocktail with a view in the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Wonderful place! Great location!
We had a wonderful stay and the place was so nice! The view from the balcony is great and being right across from the beach was so awesome! One thing I would say is bring lots of quarters if you plan to wash laundry. We would definately stay again. Loved it!!

Overall it was a nice rental and I would definitely stay again. It’s a well updated front unit facing the seawall on the top floor. Quiet unit on the end and unobstructed beach view from balcony. Easy beach access with a crosswalk to seawall. It’s small like all the units here, but much nicer than any other unit I’ve seen here. It was clean but the balcony door windows were completely glazed over from sea spray. We also had some trouble figuring out the correct combo of remotes and devices to get the living room tv working but it’s the beach so it only mattered when it was stormy out. The owner stocked the unit extremely well so all we needed to bring was groceries and drinks. Everything was as pictured in the listing and as described. All check in info was emailed well in advance so there were no surprises or difficulties.

Nicw stay buuuuuuut!!
The stay was nice. It was clean and the scenery was amazing. My only issue was getting in. The lock was BROKEN so we could not check in. We had to call a few times and the owner called. On site maintenance let us in. The owner of the property said she would have a locksmith out the next day. NEVER HAPPENED. So the entire weekend, whenever we ventured out we had to chance it and leave our things in an unlocked apartment as we would not have been able to get back in.

Prime location with prime views!
Even though we were sadden & had to leave a day early due to the tropical storm Beta coming in, we enjoyed our stay on this property & this unit. We paid for the parking & we were in and out in a matter of 3 minutes. That was the only fee which was average for the area as we saw higher amounts nearby. The parking pays for itself as soon as you walk across the street to the beach. We enjoyed the ocean views, winds & waves in our direction sitting out on the patio eating dinner. I gave the 4 star cleanliness rating only because there was some sand in the shower, accumulated dust on 2 hallway doors where the water heater is & some brunette & silver hairs we found on the couch & on the main bed. A water bottle was discovered under the bed when my wife went to grab a piece of her jewelry that fell. Overall, the rest of the place was in beautiful & cozy condition with better quality bedding than what is pictured. I was very impressed to see that the unit had a UVC air sanitizer/disinfectant device plugged in the wall by the kitchenette area & an air filter unit on the counter. This really reassured me of the level of sanitizing that the unit has on a 24 hour basis as the device kills/ destroys viruses, bacteria, mold, allergens and dust mites guaranteed in this time of Covid19. I had ordered one & it didn't arrive in time for our trip so I was so happy to see what I needed on the trip already in the unit! Not 1 but 2 types of purification systems. What an unexpected delight for the health & well being of your guest that you went beyond 5 star service in this consideration ! I would love & recommend this unit every time I come to the area, which is several times a year. This spot is right next to main retail shopping for groceries, eating establishments, rental bikes and you're surrounded with fun, entertainment & a lively area! All this and the beach is directly in front of you to go swim, soak in the sun, fishing off the rock pier or taking a breezy walk under the moon. I would have loved to stay here longer.
