I didn’t like the receptionist when I arrived. I waited about 4 to 5 minutes waiting for anyone to come to the desk and check me in. I could hear someone in the back talking. When she finally arrived with some device in her hand, no greeting, no smile. Just “checking in?” Asked for my Id, blurted out parking and breakfast instructions. Handed me my keys, told me that the Wi-Fi code was on the key holder, and everything was all set. No “thank you”, no “goodbye”, nothing. I don’t expect anyone to “kiss my ring,” but I do expect a greeting and/or respect, especially when an employee is not at their post. I stayed at 8 different hotels in the past 9 days and was not treated this way at any except this one! I had no interaction with any of the other employees at this hotel so this rating and comment should not reflect on them.
