The check-in process is efficient, and the rooms are quite clean. The ocean view is lovely, and it's a fairly easy walk to the beach, especially when traffic is low. Maybe slightly shabby around the edges, but just normal wear and tear, nothing that concerns me. The breakfast is nice. A few suggestions - the light on the charging outlet on the bedside table is crazy bright at night; the AC is loud, but it works just fine; this is the second time I've stayed here, and both times the lobby has had a weird smell that I associate with penicillin or a gas leak - somewhere in between. I can't smell it elsewhere, but I heard other guests comment as well. These aren't major complaints - I would stay here again!

It was relaxing pool and hot tub was nice beach was nice. Ice machine on 4th floor out of service had to go to 1st floor but since everyone was using it was out had to go to service station for ice for drinks. Receptionist was rude and not helpful would not get off her personal phone to help. When leaving there was a new lady she seemed very nice.

I will start with what we did not like, and that it was hot in the lobby, it was hot in the halls, it had a funny smell all throughout the whole hotel, including room rooms. The rooms were hot the entire time never cooled down. Now for what we liked, the staff was nice. The breakfast options were great. It was all clean. If it wasn’t for the heat in the smell it would’ve been great.

This property smelled terrible of gas the second you walk in we stayed 2 nights it never got better . The front desk said it’s their gas dryers 😳 I will not ever stay here again because of the odor. Staff was pleasant . Buffett was great!

Great hotel
It was really good. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony. It was gorgeous! It was also in walking distance to a restaurant. It was also nice to have a free breakfast the next morning. The room was clean.

Overall I must say that it is NOT in the best of conditions… Find a maintenance man and go through your rooms!!! Doors off by 1/2 in is just plain GHETTO. I could see clear outside and then the ac was not performing its best. I was disappointed considering what I saw online and that pool is not what I expected either
