It has a fire place, whole home sound system controlled with an iPad, Starlink internet, commercial elevator, beach access golf cart bridge from the side yard and more! Breathe Easy has an open concept with incredible views.There is a large kitchen any chef would envy with commercial appliances, including a large gas range with a double oven, stand alone fridge and separate freezer. It is well stocked with baking, cooking, and serving accessories. There is a separate bar area with an ice maker. It offers plenty of dining space with a built in dining area with bench seating, large dine at bar, plus a more formal dining area. Breathe Easy has a spacious living area with a fireplace and amazing views of the Gulf. There is a large wrap around deck with an additional drop down deck beachside, and a large screened in deck on the back side of the house. There is plenty of comfortable seating inside and out for your group.
Master Bedroom is on the first floor and has direct access to the large wrap around deck. There is a luxurious, plush, king size bed, gas fireplace, television, beautiful decorated with a magnificent 180 degree view of the ocean. The ensuite bath has a stand alone soaking tub, large walk in shower, dressing table, and a walk in closet. You won't want to leave this beach house!
On the other side of the living area is a half bath and 2 rooms, on the left is a small pink room with a twin day bed complete with a coloring station. On the right is another large beach view room with access to the deck. It is furnished with sofa and love seat either pull out into a bed, complete with a television and an Xbox. It can be used as a second living area or pull out the queen sofa bed to use it as an additional bedroom. The beautiful floor to ceiling drapes across all the rooms on the beach side make sleeping in and having privacy a breeze!
On the second floor are 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The room to the left has a king size bed, plenty of storage space, and a window seat to take in the incredible view. The room on the right, beach side has 2 queen beds with plenty of storage space and another great window seat. The third bedroom is a large custom bunk set with 8 full size beds each with a light and charging station. We consider this room to sleep 8 but it can accommodate a few more with approval.

The outside of this house is just as incredible! The large concrete area down stairs has a cooking area with propane grill, outdoor shower, and access to the garage, and elevator entrance. You can add the 6 seater golf cart to your rental @ $125 per night booked or $600 per week!
