Absolutely stunning views. No AC though when we went, we were swaeting at 5 A.M. the hotel did comp our dinner bill to make up for it though. Overall great experience, totally worth the views!
It was so fantastic to stay here. What a great scenic view!!

The parador offers a fantastic view of Toledo especially at night when the city is lit up. The rooms are generous and well appointed. Restaurant was also great with wine knowledgeable waiters.
We only stayed one night so can’t really say much but all in all it was good.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
Staff is very unfriendly, rude, grumpy. Front desk people hate you since you walk in. Staff at the breakfast buffet is the worst. You have to beg to be served some eggs or anything you need. Servers disappear constantly during breakfast time and everyone is going around trying to find someone that can assist them. Its terrible. Food isn’t that good anyway. The only staff that was nice was at the evening restaurant. Only there people are nice and service is good.
This was our second stay at the Parador in Toledo. It is by far out favourite hotel with the most stunning views of Toledo.
The rooms are fantastic and this time we paid for a superior room with a balcony overlooking the city which we wouod highly recommend
Beautiful hotel with outstanding views of Toledo. Only two downsides are our room was very cold, no heat, and the English channels were news only. The staff did provide us with a space heater that increased our comfort marginally.
We arrived on a hot day in May but the hotel refused to turn on the air conditioner as it was still getting cool at night. They had no fans either. They told us to open our "window". Except we had a balcony so the first night we opened our door (didn't feel very safe doing so) and were eaten up by mosquitos and the birds woke us at 6am. Nor would they be opening the pool until mid June.
Also, the bed was too firm for my comfort.
We also had a room over the outside cafe and people were loud all day and into the night, with 2 parties going on during our stay...so no siesta! Get a room over the dining restaurant instead.
The paradore is not inside the walls of Toledo (on a hill overlooking Toledo) but a short taxi ride is easily available. Lots of walking and hiking options too.
All that said, it is a beautiful hotel. Lovely rooms, an amazing view of Toledo, and nice staff.
