Staff at check in was very rude when I ask if I could get a late check out. Restroom in the room the sink kept getting clogged and it made the room smell. The water got my husband and I sick with a stomach bug because the water was not useable to brush our teeth. The bed felt like there were bugs bitting me. The alarm clock kept going off we had to disconnect it. All of the ice machines and the pool and hot tub were out of order. I was looking forward to the hot tub for relaxation. The breakfast was horrible the fruit was old, the bananas were brown, orange juice and waffle batter were watered down, the muffins were cold and the butter was frozen. The gravy would have burnt if I hadn’t lowered the heat setting on the crockpot. When we asked staff for change for the soda machine he went on to say there was no money on the property, so I couldn’t get a soda. What is done for customers paying cash for their room? The parking lot at night was dark it didn’t have enough lighting and one of the lights was flickering on and off. We were worried about our vehicles getting broken in to and to go out to get food due to lack of light. This hotel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in and I would not go back.
