Our room 410, had a great view of mountains and river. The problem was our large window was very dirty and the screens had holes ,so we were unable to open windows. Also there were dead bug splatters on walls in the room. After our midweek ‘full cleaning’ there were still dead bugs on bathroom floor. Lots of gnats ,need to vacuum webs around door. I did like the counter space in bathroom. Also the fire pit area was nice to sit by at night and you could get s’mores kits.

Convenient for us exploring Yellowstone but definitely needs an upgrade. The room didn’t look like it had been updated in a good few decades, in particular the world’s noisiest bathroom fan ??? Seriously, how much would it cost to install a 21st century fan….. 😳 Guy at the front desk was very helpful and the free bikes were a nice touch, although I’m not sure if there are any cycling routes nearby, we didn’t get any time to explore Gardiner. The pool was also closed so at check in we were told they could waive the amenity fee which was helpful. Overall it’s a good base for exploring and somewhere to rest your head!

We had a beautiful room overlooking the river. We would loved to spend more time here! It was very close to Yellowstone, as well as very convenient to other small shops and restaurants. The staff was very friendly! It was a great place to come back to after driving through Yellowstone and hiking all day.

We had 2 rooms. Everyone was satisfied. The rooms were clean and nice. Easy parking. We felt safe and it was close to a small, walkable area of town with souvenirs and a few restaurants. We were a little disappointed with the breakfast. It was very basic and served it's purpose but we're used to a few more hot choices.
