It was just a short walk to the center of Gatlinburg where all of the shopping and restaurants were. The place was quiet and the condo was fantastic.

Close enough to walk to downtown Gatlinburg but far enough away from the sound. Many times in short term rentals we have found the furniture and beds worn. Not in this case. Beds were so comfortable and dining room and living room were well maintained and comfy. Very appreciative

This property is perfect for families that want to walk to the attractions of Gatlinburg like Anakeesta and Ripley’s. The ONLY negative thing I could say about this condo is there is a complete lack of usb charging options. I suggest getting lamps or alarm clocks with some usb ports if you don’t feel outlets with usb ports built in is an option. Love this condo and would rent it again. It is built well and so clean.

It was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. The only minus I can think of is having take out our own garbage out. This will definitely be our new go to place. It has enough room that our family could be comfortable. Loved it! Really clean.

Not much instruction and have to remember the passcode all the time. Amenities provided and kitchen utensils were ok. Had to go to the grocery store to get a few additional items. We stayed for 6 days, ok overall. The pool is nice. Very close to town and the park entrance.

This rental was excellent, the unit was even nicer than the pictures which is usually never the case. Spotlessly clean and all toiletries and kitchen items were included. Front desk helped out with extra ice and fantastic customer service. I hope I get the chance to stay here again in the future.

Location was great. Parking was terrible. Only 1 spot per room but was never told this when booking. Fridge took 2 full days to start working. Reported it but was told that wasn’t something important. Was given 3 larger trash bags for 8 people. I asked for more they said someone would let me Know when they would bring them after 8 hours Was told they don’t supply them. I also asked for a 11:00 check out cause we were running a little late was told they do allow that I asked was there a fee for that. They came back and said it wasn’t available.I will not ever book with Vacasa again. I thought you would want to make your guest happy to keep them coming back but I guess not!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Just not dependable for your home Away from Home! McDonald Family

Good other than after hours re taking batteries out of a beeping smoke detector (vbro property so wanted to get okay and they said call the fire department)....i hung up called back got a different person that said they would make a note that i removed the batteries to get detector to quit beeping

The property was very clean, the staff was super helpful and friendly, and it was conveniently located near the main strip of downtown. The only thing we didn't care for was the surrounding properties. They weren't up to the same standards as this property. They were either run down, vacant, or disheveled.

Baskins Creek condos, managed by Vacasa are a great property to stay at in Gatlinburg. This condo was nice but a bit tired and outdated.
