The beautiful creeks that i could just sit and listen to. Watching the bears come down to play. The pool area was nice. I loved those swings that i sat in. Ovall it was a very relaxing time.

unique--Large size of property. Many pools for different ages and sizes. Staff very responsive to customers. Great number of chairs and tables on the lawn, basket ball court, shuffleboard. Generous parking spaces. Grills for customer use. Quaint. One issue. The room decorations, lampshades, pictures and A/C vents very dusty. My eyes were irritated. After using a towel to dust, situation remedied. Showed towel to front desk and they stated it would be shown to the room staff. I would not hesitate to stay here again. .

Very much enjoyed the stay. Each room having a balcony/patio was awesome. We got to enjoy the creek behind us and often were able to catch a glimpse of a bear or other wildlife from the safety of our room. Every staff member was also very helpful and kind. The hotel is also about a 15 minute walk from the activities in Gatlinburg, so that was a plus.

The room was clean, enjoyed the sound of the stream. Spent time each day on the balcony. Free breakfast each day! The staff was nice. Have stayed with them several times and will definitely do so again.

Staff were extremely accommodating and so friendly! We also got to see several bears and bear cubs right near our balcony! I would highly recommend this place and I'll definitely be back. Super quiet also which is a huge plus!

So many things wrong. First our room looked nothing like what was advertised. Front and back door had 1/4 inch opening on the bottom. Tub had black mold, shower curtain torn. Lighting was useless. Pillow was two pieces of foam, shabby. Carpet stunk as well as the room unless a/c was full blast. A/C only had one speed and was so noisy we couldn’t sleep. Checked out early. Never again will I use Expedia.
