Paid parking really you pay more than enough to staythere abd then pay to park there? No perks offered. My friend and i decided it would never be a place we wouldstay at again. We stayed 3 night wanted to stay 1 more night way to expensive for this time of year we mived to another location. Would never recommend!!!!

I liked the quietness of the hotel , and the convenience of walking to the Main Street where all the action is . It has a nice hot tub and courtyard for relaxing . More Adult Friendly which I appreciated .

We visited Gatlinburg when all the crowds left after Labor Day for 3 days. I thought the initial cost was good but after the 2nd and 3rd night escalation, all the taxes, and parking at $15.00 a night, the petals fell off the rose. These issues made us look at other options for our next visit. The hotel was all that Courtyards should be, including an AC system that rivals a tornado for noise.
