this place was very old, BUT very clean, safe and a great price for being one block from main street with restaurants and shops. I recommend and would stay there again.

Not free internet or parking
Sadley we had to pay 20 bucks for parki g because the worker plced his personal car in one of the unloading parking spots. When told that we had to pay he just said well.you should not have and told us we should of parked blocking the street. We also were never given the wifi password. The room had mold and the batheoo. Light fixture was cut open

Great place to stay. Walk to any place . Quiet and safe. Staff was great. I stay here Everytime I go to Gatlinburg. My balcony had a great view. Will stay here again.

Parking was on street rather than a private lot. The arrangement of the room amenities made getting ready difficult. No place for luggage. No place to unpack. Sink drain pipe ran uphill prior to the trap. Breakfast offerings were poor. The coffee was good.

The balcony was a real disappointment
The room was okay. Cleanliness was okay. The patio / balcony was not at all what was presented in the ad pictures. Apartment door opened up to a slab of concrete in a run down back part of property with a broken fence open to the lot next door.

The location could not have been better. A block away from the Gatlinburg strip. Stayed with kids, room was good, with a porch. Will definitely stay here again.

The convenience of this location makes it totally worth the less then stellar room. The room itself was fine, but the bathroom should have been cleaner. The toilet paper roll was empty but a new roll on top of the toilet. The patio was not clean at all. It actually had some trash on it, so it wasn't cleaned. This is the second I have stayed here. We will look for other options for future stays, but will stay here again if something better isn't available.

I really enjoyed our stay at this nice little hotel. Pros: The room had very high ceilings and wood floors. The beds were comfortable and the hotel is within walking distance to the parkway through Gatlinburg. Hotel staff was friendly and the price was affordable. Room was clean. Cons Parking is very tight. Our rental car was a larger sedan and we came very close to scraping the paint a few times because of how tight the parking situation was. The televisions in the rooms are also quite small and the controller didnt really work. The shower was clean but water pressure was very low. Overall we had a great experience at the Econolodge and would definitely stay here again.

What did we not like would be a shorter list! We’d like to stay in this room the next time we go to Gatlinburg! It was so spacious and absolutely lovely!!! The location next to Sky Bridge was so handy and it was so beautiful to see the lift lit up at night! Even exploring in the rain was delightful!
