This is one of the best places to stay. Beds were extremely comfortable and room was clean. We will definitely book this hotel again on our next gatlinburg trip!!!

The property was a 1-2 min drive from an entrance to Great smoky mountain national park. It was great to drive through appreciate the nature and see some black bears. It was also very close to downtown. Staff were helpful, rooms were clean, parking was free and breakfast was a perk each day.

It was very nice, clean, quiet, and up to date. Not to mention the hot breakfast thats included every morning. Staff was very nice and helpful. 10/10 My only issue was the marks on my pillow cases. I didnt notice until the second to last night i stayed there, but it looked like iron burn marks so not too bad.

Facility was nice. Kind of no frills though. Would have been nice to have complimentary coffee and water available at check-in. Especially since there were no coffee shops close by but there was in room coffee. Would stay there again.

The property didn’t appear filthy. There was no smell. However, there was mold on bathroom ceiling. Sewer gnats in the room. I did not partake in the complimentary breakfast for these reasons.

Great stay!
The hotel staff members were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good, and the hot tub was clean and very nice. Comfy room and very close to the main strip in Gatlinburg. Would definitely stay here again!
