Location is convenient for walking the town. Pool looks amazing for a family. Mattress could have been better, could feel the support coils when we laid down. Someone kept leaving dirty towels on the chair in front of the room. Breakfast at the restaurant was not included and was the same room was food as any complimentary Continental breakfast at most other hotels. Went out for breakfast to area restaurants as a result. Not the worst place we have ever stayed by a long shot, but don't think we will make a return visit.

I hadn't stayed here since I was 12 years old back in 1980, so it was nice to be nostalgic. The restaurant was okay, and the pool was as great as I remembered it. I especially love the adult swim hours. On-site laundry facilities though would be a great idea.

The staff was great and we enjoyed the area. The rooms need some updating. Everything was clean, but in dire need of things like, new carpet, drain in the sink, new furniture. Also...you can hear the neighbors really well, esp. if they have children! All in all, we would come back to the area, but probably wouldn't stay here again because of the condition of the rooms (for the price).

This hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the main road that passes through Gatlinburg. Room are standard, but very clean and provides fridge, microwave, and TV. The pool area is incredible. Has options for indoor and outdoor pool swimming. No breakfast, but restaurant is attached to the facility.

60s/70s Retro with a touch of modern. Staff is friendly and kind. Pool's and hot tub are dated but fun. Restaurant should be open all morning afternoon and evening but closes after breakfast and has odd hours. Rooms are nice for the age, beds are soft top memory foam or something like that, bathroom is a little cramped; door almost touches the toilet lol. Overall it is what it is for the $

The staff at this hotel is excellent. They were friendly and very polite. When I requested a crib, they brought one up right away. The restaurant in the hotel was good and I appreciated that you could order food or purchase quick snacks or drinks. The pool was amazing and well maintained. If you're staying in a room that is poolside, it may be a little noisy until the pool closes, although it didn’t bother me or my children. I would definitely return.

Loved the proximity to main street in Gatlinburg, everything was clean. Pool area was nice. Only thing I think they need to upgrade is restaurant food. Food was horrible, ordered chichen parm and it was cut up chicken pattie with no taste. Breakfast was no more than what I can get for free at other hotels.
