Stayed for one night and it was in a perfect location. It was nice to be able to park the car in the lot and not have to pay for parking lots because its in the middle of everything. Breakfast is alright some things i was not a fan of like chicken sausage. The staff was fantastic but the rooms are a bit dated for the price. The fan in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall.

Hotel staff were always polite and helpful. The room was stocked with fresh towels, toilet paper, and toiletries each day without request. Very convenient location for walking the strip with good food options close by. This was our third stay at this hotel. We will definitely stay again.

Staff very pleasant! Beds a little lumpy. It is pet friendly so there is some barking during the day and sometime early mornings. We had a river view that was nice to sit and hear the water. And the fireplace outside was very nice to sit at and people watch. Very convenient to everything!

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful stay with a balcony overlooking the creek and a fireplace in the room - right on the main street of downtown Gatlinburg. Numerous restaurants within walking distance. Fire pit and seating overlooking creek and parkway in front of hotel. Highly recommend!

Great week in the smokies

When unlocking our room door I immediately realized this was not the room I reserved from Hotels.com. I went straight back to front desk and they explained the pictures on Hotels.com of rooms hadn’t been updated since their remodel. I then explained well it still isn’t the bigger room with bigger beds. They said well that’s all they had because all other rooms were full. So basically paid for premium room and got put in standard room. So immediately after carrying luggage in started to notice the dirt in room and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Back to front desk they apologized but it was too late and housekeeping was gone. So we cleaned bathroom with Clorox wipes. The door was very hard to open and close and apparently so were all the others because we heard every other room slamming their doors throughout night and day. We are in Gatlinburg 2 times a month to visit family. This is not our normal place to stay but thought we would give it a shot because of location to event we were there for, also thought with the Hampton name it would be ok. Lesson learned 👎

Great hotel and location
Hotel was great. Loved the location. Staff was very friendly and they had a nice breakfast every morning. Only complaint is the room was a little small but it was clean. Overall a great stay and would stay here again.

We stayed over threeekend and our favorite part was the front patio of the hotel had nice chairs and a gas fire pit we could sit and people watch from. Also on the side the tables and chairs provided a great place to eat lunch that we picked up from down the road. We never drove anywhere, great walkable location to all the restaurants and shops on Gatlinburg!
