Great Tournament Stay
Great location to be somewhat near town but off the main strip for traffic and noise purposes. Everything in the unit is as described and exactly what we needed. We had an issue and management took care of it expertly and quickly. We were very satisfied with the response! It is true that this side of the building faces a street that a garbage truck comes by wee hours of the morning. We heard it 2/3 nights there - but its at no fault of this unit's owner- just unfortunate. I usually pack a sound machine but forgot it this trip.

The place was clean and in good proximity to the strip. The trolley was convenient stopping right at The condo. The beds were hard and every morning at 230am the garbage truck came to empty the bins. The pool needed cleaned- too many dead bugs and the hot tub only had one setting. Other than that the place was nice.

Great spot close to everything
We were in Gatlinburg for a 2 day stay in the middle of a long road trip vacation. Check in and ease of access to what we needed was very easy. The place was clean and roomy for a family of 4. It was well kept and the beds were very comfortable. Just a short walk up the street takes you to all of the Gatlinburg fun. We never waited for the trolley and instead opted to walk to the activities so I can't say if the trolley every stopped in front of the condo. No complaints from us at this spot! We had a great time!

The condo worked out great for our family. We parked the car and did not move it for 2 days as we were able to walk into town which was very nice. There was plenty of room for us to spread out at the end of our day. It was very clean and presentable. We did not cook anything so cant evaluate the kitchen but it seemed to be well stocked.

Overall good
Very close to downtown. Clean and the check in process was a breeze. The only 2 things I have to say is the elevators do take a minute to get there. So if there's a lot of people, you've got time. There is no access to the stairs from the outside. So if you're in a hurry, like there's a bear there (saw a few), find a place. Also the garbage guy comes at 8 every morning. And there is definitely nobody sleeping when he's done.
