We enjoyed our stay at Snoring Bear and will definitely be back. It’s in an ideal location if you want to walk into downtown Gatlinburg. The walk back may be difficult for some as it is up a gradual hill most of the way. The condo itself is stocked with kitchen items to prepare your own meals. The decor is very cozy and we had plenty of room for our family of four ( 2 adults and 2 kids). The host was very accommodating and answered every question very quickly.

Nice and spacious 2 bedroom condo in-town.
This 2 bedroom condo has a large separate kitchen (that is fully stocked with cook ware and even coffee filters salt and pepper etc.) which is one of the larger kitchens that we have stayed in downtown. The living room is also larger than others we have stayed in with plenty of seating. The bedrooms both had king sized beds that were comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and will look to stay here again if available!

The location of the apartment was just perfect. Walking distance to lots of attractions yet very quiet. Very impressed with the location and the cleanliness of the property. Clay Dalton and his wife were very tentative to our needs. The kids enjoyed the pool immensely (stayed in the pool for hours). This condo is so warm and inviting. Such a comfortable place to stay and come home to after a day hiking and exploring. We used the back stairs to walk to the Main Street a few times a day and found the location be very convenient. Definitely try Pancake Pantry and The Best Italian pizzeria in Elks Plaza. Yumm! Thank you for such a lovely, welcoming place to make home base!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo as we toured Gatlinburg and the Smoky Mountains.. The unit is spacious with ample seating and cute home decor. The beds and sheets were very comfortable ensuring restful nights. The open kitchen layout was great and appreciate the updated appliances and accessories. The owners are very kind and gracious and ensured all of our needs were met. You can view the sky bridge and space needle from the balcony which was pretty at night. It was nice not being right downtown in the hustle and bustle of crowds and cars. Beautiful condo! I would recommend staying here! Enjoy!

Our stay was great! Very clean condo with an amazing view. Very close walk to downtown. Take the stairs for the shortcut. While staying here we seen a mama bear and her four cubs walk right behind the pool gate. We will be back again!
