Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Nothing fancy, but good enough for us to crash out after long days. Parking is free, but can be very tight and I don't think there's actually a spot for every guest. If you get a good spot, don't leave, it won't be there when you get back!

Really liked this place. It's not a brand new luxury resort but a very well kept motel. Reminds me of the places I used to stay at as a kid. We walked to the strip, about 1/2 mile. Excellent value and had an amazing time

The pet-friendly rooms are located in a different building and seriously outdated. The area was musty and smelled like animals. Since paying same rate PLUS additional fee to stay with Pet (unless a service animal) they should be provided same room value as non-pet friendly travelers. I felt somewhat cast away from the hotel. You would have to cross main highway to even enjoy the property (indoor pool/hot tub). And only queen beds available it you travel with a pet.

The room was nice and cool/cold when we arrived. Everything was clean and I appreciated the cozy feel in the room and the fireplace was an added factor. We turned it on but I couldn’t get over the smell. It smells like gas and it is a gas fireplace but there’s also a carbon monoxide alarm that blinked every so often but made no noice. It was just better peace of mind to not have it on. There was plenty of space in the room. Shower water was nice and hot! It was an overall great place to stay.

Needs a bit of updating. Carpets need replacement. The jacuzzi needs maintenance. Took an hour to fill the jacuzzi. Curtains needs fixing and better way to block out the parking lights. Didnt get a chance to try to pool. But the poolside cafe was good. Bit over priced for what you get.

Convenient location for both visiting Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains. A little dated and could be cleaner. Overall, it was a good place to stay if you are focused on activities outside of your hotel.
