The parking is atrocious. The rooms are dingey and dark. The room wasn't cleaned at all during our stay. I went to the office to ask for more towels and asked if room service would be in for the dirty linens. The front desk clerk said no there's a bin to put them in. The bathroom was disgusting and tiny. The shower had a rust stain in it and when you stood in the tub it felt as though it bowed down. I'll never stay there again.

Definitely a dated property but the benefits are that it had a jacuzzi tub and was on the red free trolley route. Walkable to main drag.
