Property and rooms are dated but adequate and clean. Bathroom was quite small. Kids enjoyed the pool and front desk was friendly. We booked because there was an advertised free breakfast....but there isn't. "Breakfast included" means you can purchase a meal at the cafe.

Everything was really nice with the exception of the fridge. It never got cold. Pros where it was within walking to almost everything Gatlinburg has to offer at least for us.

What I didn't like was being woke up on the day we was leaving before 8 am of a child that making noises out side our room which come to find out, it was the child that belong to the housekeeper that was getting ready to start cleaning rooms. That was not right at all.

The only reason I am only giving 3 stars overall is because the beds were not comfortable and the wlls were paper thin so we could here the neighbor's tv all night! Otherwise the staff was super friendly and accommodating. The place was clean just outdated. The pool area was nice and the cafe was excellent!

Christmas light weekend
Need new matress. They are horrible. Door didn't shut very well. You can tell that there was a dog or two in that room prior to us. Walls and door tore up from dogs.
