My kids loved the in door pool. The kitechen staff was extremely friendly when we ordered dinner and breakfast. The prices were pretty high but it is gatlinburg. Great location. Was able to walk to downtown in 15mins but the trolly also came every 15mins. We chose the river view but unfortunately there is a huge parking lot behind it and the river was smaller than in the pictures. Not bad for the price.

Rooms were very clean as well as the pool and hot tub. However, I was very disappointed that the sauna was not open to anyone during pool hours. TV had a fuzzy picture but otherwise my husband and I enjoy our stay there.

I did not read the part about the pet fee I booked for 2 days but I only had money on me for the dog to say one they basically told me I could leave then. Also bring up there and ask for batteries for the remote control they said they would be around about 4:00 p.m. I asked at 11:00 a.m. cannot watch TV all day I ended up leaving after the first night due to no TV I was pissed because they told me I could leave over the pet fee very rude the room had a smell that you absolutely could not get past!! Never again

Everything was great!! The staff was helpful, the location 10-15min walk into town. Room was very spacious, clean, and the water pressure/temp was great. I would definitely stay here again. The balcony was nice to sit and relax. There were other reviews about bugs in the room. There were two, but it didnt bother me. All the way up at the very top of the ceiling, and also we're right by the woods. There's going to be bugs. The cafe has breakfast/lunch options. I also saw 2 black bears. Overall I very much enjoyed my stay and the scenery
