The room I booked was advertised as having queen beds and city views, there is no room on that property that has any kind of view and the beds were full size and not queen. Also the breakfast area tables were pushed up against the wall so you couldn't sit in there and all the breakfast items were gluten which my family is allergic to...so very inconvenient

Filthy motel with bugs and broken floors, missing screens. Misleading breakfast and pool. Spend more and have a piece of mind. Our room was never cleaned during our stay including garbage removal upon request that were ignored. Shame on Wyndham and this shouldn’t be considered a hotel!! Definitely not worth a $200 rate!!!

The motel is conveniently located to the Gatlinburg attractions and the service was great. The property was old and rundown though.

Comfortable rooms but need to secure trash cans from the bears. People are stupid and we saw a woman actually get chased back to her room by one. She bothered the bears cubs so bad mama bear had enough. Had the trash cans been bear proofed the mama and cubs wouldn’t have been hanging around.

Our stay was for 4 nights. The room was clean and looked nice. The cleaning service I didn’t care for. We were on vacation and like to sleep in late. The cleaning service started banging on our door shortly after 8 in the morning. Out of 4 nights our room was cleaned only once. We had to go get our linens on morning #1. Morning #2 our room was cleaned as we left early shortly after 9. Morning #3 they dropped off towels while I was in the shower. Morning #4 they were watching us to leave at 9:30. I don’t think the cleaning service should be coming around until at least the checkout time of 11 if we were checked in for multiple days. The only issue with the room was that it did not have any place for us to hang our clothes. The room was a ADA room but still should have a rack to put our hangables and jackets. Our toilet did not flush at first when checked in but maintenance was quick to fix that problem. The stay overall was nice with just a the few issues.

Clean, comfortable and quiet
The area was within decent walking distance to the convention center and downtown. Looking out our window we had the perfect view of the Sky Bridge. The property was nicely kept up and the pool looked refreshing even though we didn’t swim. The room was nice and clean and had all the basic necessities. The only thing we were disappointed with was that the air kept cutting on & off every 10 minutes or so, and there wasn’t a way to keep it on instead of auto, so it wasn’t so great for women with hot flashes.
